MU:TF Phalanx Acension

It's not enough that I had to put Transformers in the Marvel Universe, but I've apparently also decided to use perhaps one of the least respected enemies of the X-Men: The Phalanx.

Why? I love challenges. Trying to get people to see MU:TF as something other than a kiddie show tied to one of their beloved Marvel characters is a challenge. And so, making the Phalanx not such a blatant copy of the Star Trek Borg and an Honest To Goodness All Title Encompassing Threat....there's a challenge.

For the PA, we hope it will really draw attention to Marvel Universe: Transformed. We do that by starting emotionally and ending emotionally. What that means, I can't say because it won't spoil but here's some tidbits.

The Phalanx have chosen a new leader for their goal of making humans, mutant or not, part of their collective. He is called the Praetor. Who he is will remain a mystery until PA begins. Needless to say, we'd like to think the scale and scope of this X-Over to be akin to Onslaught.

Of course, MU:TF is suffering the "crossover" lag that all groups experience. But, we're attempting to rectify and hope to be a bi-monthly site...at least on average. So, again you have time to catch up and you'll find some plot build up to the PA in the later issues. And, we love responses so don't be afraid to send them.
