I began chatting in early 1996 on a web based chatroom called WBS. Things change, WBS was bought and then disbanded by GO.network, and the place I met my husband and many of my friends in is now just a memory. Keeping in touch with them meant I had to go to several different programs for chat. Besides other web based chat rooms that have cropped up, I can be reached personally on any of the following.

Yahoo! Messenger

This has the best "talk" feature of any chat program I have used. My Handle is ZisaAlyx here. It is easy to use, just like ICQ, and has the added bonus of letting you chat check your Yahoo! email via the chat program.

AOL Instant Messenger

On this I am known as ZisaAlyx as well, and I put this on only sometimes as it seems to have issues with my other chat programs. I am hoping my upgrade to 4.3 will correct this problem, but who can say?
