| This is the Mexican version of the famous Quality "Blackhawk" character. "Blackhawk" was the leader of a group of air aces who began to fight Nazis in World War II, but were aiming at Commies from the early '50s. When Quality folded, DC comics continued with the characters, but the magic was gone. A revival was made at the '80s, but it seemed offensive for old fans, for it tore up story and characters and made a mess of them (a personal view, but surely shared by true fans of Yesterday...) | ||
