Arts/Crafts
Tap Plastics cuts custom paddle/cane shapes, stocks, and fiberglass rods.  Craft stores sell leather and specialty rope.  Tandy Leather sells leather, horsehair, feathers, leather laces, studs, D-rings, buckles, leather glues and cutters (for making your own whips/toys).
Auto Parts
"Parts retriever" gripping toy, funnels, windshield wiper blades, and vinyl cleaner. 
Beauty Supply
Rubber bands, clips, clamps, and hairbrushes.
Climbing Supply
Heavy duty ropes, carabiners, and suspension harness.
Dollar Stores
Clothespins, tupperware-type drawers/bins (to organize toys and first aid supplies), rubber bands, brushes, kitchen utensils, and various types of clips and clamps.
Fabric Stores
Clover clamps (sometimes called "3rd hand" in quilting section), spiked measuring and pattern tracing wheels, webbing, studs, D-rings, 1" safety buckles (seat-belt type) for quick release restraints.
Farm Supply
Castrating bands (Elastrator), cattle prods, flexible plastic fencing material, mild electrical "pest" fences, riding crops, harnesses, bridles, horse/cose hobbles, animal leads, and ropes.
Fishing Stores
(WARNING: Fishhooks are NOT safe for piercing play!)  Fiberglass rods, weights, pliers, clamps, fish scaler (abrasion toy), and clips with bells.
Grocery Stores
Foodplay/insertion/irritant play items: cucumbers, bananas, parsnips, whipped cream, tabasco & hot sauces, utensils, clothes pins, etc.
Hardware/Lumber
Rope, tarps, paint mixers (paddles), bungee cords, snap hooks & connectors, clamps, sandpaper, dowel rods (for canes, spreader bars or whip handles), eye bolts, chains, metal connectors, padlocks, alligator clips, plastic rods, small inner tubes (slice lengthwise for rubber flogger), and sawhorses.
Kitchen/Home Shops
Nylon/loofah sponges/mitts (abrasion play), spatulas, cutting boards with handles, cheese graters, pickle pinchers, wooden spoons, rice paddles, plastic window-blind closing rods (good canes), and brushes.
Law Enforcement
Billy clubs, leg irons, handcuffs, thumbcuffs, cone-alongs, spare handcuff keys, saps, uniforms and boots.

Menthol rubs, Ace bandages, douches and enema kits, condoms, aspirin (increases bruising), snakebite kits (nipple suckers), Betadine, First Aid items and books, cotton swabs, disinfectants, sleep masks (blindfolds) and Baby Wipes with nonoxynol-9.
Shoe Repair Shops
Scrap leather, heavy rubber soles, leather polishes, dyes & waxes, and leather boot laces.  You may also be able to buy leather awls, needles and punches for doing your own leather work.
Sporting Goods
Muscle rubs, paddles, fiberglass fishing rods, chin-up bars (can be installed for bondage), camping "potty" chairs, bicycle inner tubing, ropes  and goal line cones.
Tack Shops
Riding crops, harnesses and bridles, horse/cow hobbles, ropes, leather, and dogging bats (long-handled slappers).
Theatre/Magic Shops
Blacklights, strobe lights, scene props, costuming, fake blood, stage knives, rope tricks, and itching powder.
Thrift Shops
Cheap leather and fur coats (can be cut/modified into scene items), leather belts, and "tearaway" or disposable clothing.

Paddles, jumping rope, rubber & wiffle  balls (gags) and age play accessories.
