Cartes with no photographer

Some cartes do not have a photographer's name on the back, there are many reasons for this - the most obvious are: a photograph from before the practice was common; a travelling photographer with no address; a copy where the studio was not the original; the studio ran out of printed cards; an amateur photographer ... anyway here they are.
