There are quite a few universal editors available, but do try out out MorphEdit a freeware program designed spesifically for the Morpheus (ok.. and the Ultra Proteus)
Personally i found it to be the best - mainly because you have all the functions on one screen - a shortfall of the universal editors that makes them painful to navigate (YMMV)
I tried contacting the writer (Phil White) to arrange the requested payment of a bottle of Jack Daniels, but never got a reply, so if anyone knows of his whereabouts, please let me know.
Universal Editors :
- Emagic Soundiver
- A very nicely laid out editor, but pretty pricey ($199).
- Unisyn
- Not as nicely laid out as SoundDiver, also pricey ($199), but has excellent Randomize function.
- Midiquest
- Priciest at $249, visually between the previous two and also sporting it's own advantages as far as "randomize" features are concerned.
