Tips & Tricks

Cakewalk :

Morpheus.ins : An instrument definition for Cakewalk.
If you want to make your own instrument definition with your own patch names in the place of the Ram presets, just substitute your names in the [RAM Presets] block - BUT keep the 0=,1= etc.
A fast way of doing that is by loading your sounds into Soundiver, highlighting them all and using the copy function (Right click/Copy). You can then paste it into notepad and just add the 0= etc before putting it in the .ins file.

Sub1+2 :

Want to use the sub outs, but don't have stereo jacks? You could simply put 2 mono jacks into the sub outs and take that to your mixing desk - the Stereo jacks are only needed when u want to add an external source to the Morpheus. Note however that if you assign a sound to any of the Sub Outs you MUST have a jack in the SUB OUT, else the Morpheus is smart enough to re-route the sound back to MAIN OUT. Still confused? Look at page 6 of the manual.
