The world he portrays, is approached in a way that, at the first glance, reveals an existing, real world. However, the moment and circumstance which the artist intentionally endeavours to capture - his selection from the flowing stream of time and its reconstruction - are not a part of an actual, daily-life world, but of an imaginary, refined and sublimated world. In his work, the boundary lines between reality and fiction are presented ambiguously. The artist shows how to play with this subtle paradox or 'vagueness', emerging calmly into it. | |||||||||||||||||||
