Question: Why didn't Tim McVay simply dose the Murrah Fed Bldg in OKLA City with lethal anthrax spores? The answer: neither McVay nor almost any American has him/herself any immunity to deadly anthrax. It would have also been fatal to terrorist McVeigh.

Now comes the chilling news. Bill Clinton has decided, in continuing wisdom, to innoculate each and every serviceman and woman with... an immunity to ANTHRAX! How To Make An ANTHRAX BOMB
Step 1- get vaccinated against Anthrax so you will not be killed when you grow the
organism to make the bomb.

Wait a minute- if the US Army is going to vaccinate all of our soldiers against Anthrax, won't this create millions of potential Anthrax bomb makers who might do a Tim McVeigh and go out and make an Anthrax bomb!?

Of course it will, and anyone with just a little bit of know-how can make bioweapons If they are FIRST vaccinated against the deadly organism.

How do you make an Anthrax bomb? No problem, the US Government is about to make a million potential bio-bomb makers. This vaccination plan is the most dangerous idea in history and puts all of us at risk.

As Dr.Goldstein first pointed out, this US military scheme has got to be the most ill-conceived and potentially lethal of all time to the average American. If Timothy McVeigh had served in the Army in the (coming) timeframe from 1998-2000, there is little doubt that most of the population of Oklahoma City would ALL be dead from Anthrax --with NO danger to McVeigh and at almost NO out of pocket expense to the terrorist.

I have to ask myself: Why would the US military after coming through countless wars with very little scars from biological assault --and NONE from Anthrax-- why would they be so cavalier in considering OUR welfare as to create a ready pool of likely soon-to-be-terrorists on the general American population? This is technology and bureaucracy gone to extremes.
