In February 1964 I had a bad car wreck which effectively ended my

Military Career.  In January of 1965 I was sent to St. Louis Missouri for

physical evaluation.  I was subsequently sent to Kansas City for another

evaluation.  After these evaluations I was sent home.  In Civilian live

I became  an Assistant Manager of Harkins Oil Company.  A year later I

moved to Sparta and owned ½ interest in a Custom Slaughter Plant.

I married 4 years later and moved to Bruner Missouri.  For the next 13

years I farmed, layed brick, and drove Stock Cars,  In 1980 was divorced

and have never re-married.  I have 3 children and 1 step-son by my ex-wife,

and seven grandchildren.  I have advanced R.A. and nerve damage from the

past but other that that the Lord has treated me good.
