The following pages show pictures of some of my work done either with the computer or using more traditional tools. One can "paint" on the computer's monitor either with the regular mouse or with a modified mouse that writes on a graphic tablet connected to the computer. All of the paintings displayed on the following pages have been done on the computer.The one thing the computer cannot do is sculpture. The last page shows pictures of sculptures using either welded steel or cement.

Commercial graphic artists know very well the possibilities of the computer as a creative medium, but many traditional painters do not. After years of painting with oils almost exclusively, I have found the computer to be a very valuable additional medium. It is even more valuable at those times when you don't feel like changing clothes and cleaning brushes! Because the computer-created images can be stored and reprinted, they are more comparable to engravings than to true paintings, but the original can be deleted after printing a single image or a limited number of copies, just as traditional painters do with their printed works.
