Once upon a time,

Is how tales' usually start.

Yet, seldom will you find,

A tale from a lonely man?s heart.

A tale of love and lost,

A lament of distance days.

Of how he paid the cost,

'Cause he could not find his way.

A tale of a crying heart,

For his LOVE was far away.

The distance they were apart,

Made it harder every day.

The trials that he faced,

The anguish that he felt.

How jealousy disgraced,

The good that he was dealt.

He wondered lost and lonely,

Crying out her name.

In the Desert of Despair,

He felt the acid rain.

Dragons he had slain,

To prove his love to her.

Yet his heart still felt the pain,

As the hurt he caused her stirred.

His tears fell like blood,

His heart felt so much pain.

How he missed his distant LOVE,

Would it ever be the same?

Would they ever be TOGETHER ~

Would they ever be ONE once more?

How he hope he would not be forever,

On this lonely shore.

How he cried himself to sleep,

As he dreamt about their home.

Was he humbled at God's feet ~

Doomed forever must he roam?

Under dark and dismal clouds,

Into Sorrow he had strayed.

"I am ToR!" he cried aloud,

As he continued on his way.

"I can't reach you ~ least you help me,"

"You must meet me at half way!"

"Your LOVE ~ it will heal me,"

"Please don?t desert me Clara, I pray!"

"I need you here in my Life!"

"I miss you everyday!"

"Fulfil thy vows my darling wife,"

"Forever with me stay!"

Does this tale have an ending?

Is it HAPPY is it NOT?

I feel the ending is still pending;

Least the LOVE is not FORGOT!
