Feb. 2008: This site will be updated step by step, for the first time in seven years! The main part of this site was created during my study, around the year 2001.

On the following pages you will find information of Petrosani.Petrosani is a little village in the Romanian Carpathes in Transylvania: a beautiful place to spend your holidays! I have been in Romania a few times myself, because good friends of me live there.

On the following pages you will have the opportunity to get 'in touch' with the surroundings of Petrosani: Bradet,the Parangul Mountains, Lainici, Geoagiu, Hunedoara etc.
You will be able to read short facts about Petrosani: e.g. the visit of Jules Verne and the solareclipse in 1999, which I attended.
The culture and tourism of Petrosani will get a short and snappy chance.
