Kusakabe Maron/Kaitou Jeanne (the main character)

     Maron is a not-so-normal high school girl who is excellent at school, and is also the star of her school's rhythmic gymnastics team.  At night, she fights evil by transforming into Jeanne with the help of an angel, Fin.  She lives alone because her parents are always overseas working.  She is very independent, and in spite of being popular with guys, has never had a serious relationship.
    Kaitou Jeanne captures demons who have possessed owners of beautiful paintings.  The demons originate from the paintings, and after Jeanne captures the demons, the paintings disappear, replaced by images of beautiful angels.

Nagoya Chiaki/Kaitou Sinbad

    A new student at Maron's school, he is very popular and seems interested in Maron, even though she repeatedly rejects him.  Does he have an ulterior motive?  Of course!  His alter ego, Kaitou Sinbad, is Jeanne's rival, since he works for the Demon King.  His helper angel is Black Angel Access Time, who has a crush on Fin.  At first, Chiaki tries to get close to Maron to gain an advantage in their rivalry, but he starts to truly care for her, especially as he finds out more about her and her family history.  Can their relationship survive when they're on opposite sides?

Fin Fish/Pakkyaramao Sensei

Fin is an apprentice angel that helps Maron in order to become a full-fledged angel.  She is very hard-working and pushes Maron on when Maron feels lazy.  Normal people can't see or hear Fin, so she can fly around freely and talk to Maron without anyone thinking strange things (as long as they don't hear Maron talking to herself!).  She's also very protective of Maron, which is sometimes amusing since she's only about 1/10th the size of a normal human.
    Pakkyaramao Sensei is the rhythmic gymnastics coach and the homeroom teacher of eveyone.  She values beauty-in physical things and in the soul.

Access Time

Black Angel Access Time is Sinbad's helper angel.  He has a mischievous nature, and sometimes teases Chiaki about liking Maron.  Access has a longtime crush on Fin, but she seems unwilling to 'fraternize with the enemy'.  Personally, I think he's a cutie :)

Toudaiji Miyako & Her Dad

Maron's best friend since childhood, she is trying to catch Jeanne with her father, who is a police detective.  She is also on the rhythmic gymnastics team, and is in Maron's class.  Miyako's family took care of Maron when her parents were away(pretty much all the time), so Miyako and Maron act almost like sisters.  Miyako is the most obvious of Chiaki's admirers.  She also likes Sinbad, which is rather strange since her supposed reason for disliking Jeanne is her criminal activities, which Sinbad also does.
    Maron's father is Toudaiji Himuro.  He is trying to catch Kaitou Jeanne.  For those of you who read the manga, it's a bit strange to see Miyako's dad as a normal-sized human, since in the manga, he's always super-deformed.

Minazuki Yamato

Minazuki is the class president.  He's also the son and heir of the rich Minazuki Group. He is studious and quiet, and is Chiaki's rival for Maron, although he's so meek, you usually wouldn't guess.  He shows some signs of becoming attracted to Miyako.  He is trying to catch Sinbad for Maron, hoping that if he does, she'll go out with him.  He looks much better without glasses, and if the anime follows the manga, he'll exchange them for contact lenses soon-yeah!
I don't know who the voice actor is yet.
