X-Wing: Starfighters Of Adumar
Starfighters of Adumar is written by Aaron Allston. It is the ninth book in the X-Wing Series.

The newly discovered neutral world of Adumar has decided to pick a side in the war to control the galaxy. Delegates from both the New Republic and the Empire have been invited to Adumar. But since the Adumari prize military skill above all else, they insist that both delegations be entirely made up of fighter pilots. For pilot Wedge Antilles and his co-diplomats, it's an unfamiliar exercise filled with unexpected danger. Because once they arrive, the X-wing pilots are challenged by Adumar's fierce warriors and attacked by Imperial assassins intent on eliminating all competition. But their worst threat comes from a rogue Republic agent, one who is determined to win Adumar's allegiance, even if it costs the X-wing pilots their lives.

This book was was fantastic. There was never a dull moment, the whole thing was just loaded with action. It was one of those books that cold stir emotions inside of you simply with the thoughts and actions of the characters. We gave it 5 stars.
Vision of the Future
Vision of the Future is written by Timothy Zahn. It is the continuation of the previous novel, Specter of the Past.

The New Republic is on the verge of Civil War and the rumor of Thrawn's return poses a new, unimaginable threat. To make matters worse, the Camaas situation is becoming increasingly serious. And if these matters are not settled soon, it could mean the complete destruction of the New Republic...

This was probably the best Star Wars book we ever reviewed. It had everything a novel requires. The characters, both the originals and the new ones, were very well developed. The plot was amzingly thought out. It was absolutely loaded with action. And we know it's a cliche, but the phrase "We could not put it down" fits perfectly for this novel. This is not a novel just for Star Wars fans. Anyone who likes to read will like Vision of the Future. Which is why we gave it the maximum rating of 5 stars.
