ADRIANA VARELLA
Adriana Varella was born in Rio de Janeiro.
She is currently teacher and coordinator of video art and video
installation at Parque Lage School of Visual Arts. Studied
aesthetics with Fernando Cocchiarale in 1995/6, Contemporary
sculpture with Iole de Freitas and João Carlos Goldberg in1994
at Parque Lage School of Visual Arts. Studied photography with Glória
Ferreira and experimentations with Lygia Pape in 1996/8 at
Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.Studied Contemporary Arts
with Anna Bella Geiger in 1998.
