This is my baby, named Sebastian. His full name is Johann Sebastian Bark. He was named that cause I liked the composer, my parents like the little red crab from The Little Mermaid and since he was a dog his last name was Bark. He was born before March 12, 1995, and is currently 3 dog years old, or 21 human years (hope I have that right). He likes to bark at people, but hasn't attacked anyone. He is well disciplined (not like his daddy though!) and will stop chasing anything when told to. I think that is good.
Here is a story from 4/11/99:
A mother hen was scratching around my calabash tree (Cresentia cujete) so I walked over there, my doggie followed, and just looked at the dumb chicken making a ruckess, so I said get her boy, and he just wen't over there and jumped at the chicken and then jumped away, and so forth, but not biting it. Then I said get her boy, and he ran after it, then the chicken ran into the neighbors yard and I called out "SEBASTIAN COME HERE!" and he came. :")
This is sleeping beauty!!!
Ai yai yai, watch out! we got a poseur!
Hey, go away I need to go to sleep.
[SNORE] Hey, can't you see I am trying to sleep here! [SNORE]
Here he is again, but this time crossing his front paws. :)
-My Piggy-
This is my piggy. He didn't have a name for the longest time. But I named him Pi Chun, which in Japanese means Cute pig. I got the name from the Japanese animation cartoon Ranma 1/2. But since we aren't Japanese, my dad wanted to call it something else. So here are his MULTIPLE names ;) Pig, babui (pig in Chamorro) piddy (that is what my 3yr old godsister calls him) and fatso. Well here is his story. When he was little, he had an accident that we though would've killed him. My cousin lived next door to us in the duplex we were staying at before we moved to my grandmas house. My cousin had a pit bull, and my pig got out of the cage. Well he was running around the house, and then ran past the pit bull, and then the pit bull got him right on the left hind leg. We were sure that he wasn't going to make it, as the bone was showing on his leg. Well we took him to our ranch, took his cage up there. Put him in his cage, and if he survived the night, we would see what happens. Well the next day, my dad brought his rifle, just in case the pig was suffering, and lo and behold, the pig PICKED HIMSELF UP! Well, we now knew that we had ourselves a survivor. We took some hay (well, not REALLY hay, but some swordgrass) and placed it in his cage as a nest to keep him warm at night. Well, he started getting better, and we got his antibiotic bath ready, and laid him in it. Well his would scabbed over, and the meat started filling in, but there is a slight depression still, but it goes unnoticed, as he has black spots anyways, so it looks normal, kinda. Well he has grown MUCH larger since then, and still is around. :) Literally.
-My Duckies-
These are my Muscovy ducks. This is a breeding pair given to me by one of my fathers workers. He insisted I take a boy AND a girl, so I could raise my own baby ducklings, and start enjoying the yummy taste of duck meat. :) I have never eaten a duck (I used to raise them before) and don't intend to eat my own pets. ;)
-My Chickens-
These are my chickens. The grey type is a local wild variety of chicken. We call them boonie chickens. Then there are my breeding pair of Barred rock eating chickens. These mammas are gigundous, and quite heavy. :)
-My Fishes (fish)-
Here you can see my silver angelfish and my red betta (fighting fish) I paid three dollars for the angelfish, and four dollars for the betta. I used to have a turtle, but he ran away. :) I am still looking for a picture of the guy, to post on this web page!
