Held the first charge conference and nominated Mr. Soonsik Kim, Mr. Yongsun Ahn and Mr. Moonki Chang as elders.

Registered to Kangnam Dictrict, Seoul Conference, The Korean Methodist Church.

Inaugurated Mr. Myungsoo Lee as an evangelist in charge of education and worked until Jan. 17,1984.
