URL's submitted, of course, must be to the home page of an online diary or journal ^* of sorts.

As this might be considered subjective-- if in doubt, submit the URL anyway. I'll be happy to check it out for you.

Your online diary or journal must include a famous- er um, okay, even those "not-so" famous-type "quotes" or a "thought for the day" type section^* within your daily journal entries.

The location of these quotes or "thought for the day" inserts is not an issue, nor is the frequency you include them; however, in measure with the purpose of this burb, it is a requirement for each month to include (on the average) more times you do quote than the number of times your entries don't include a quote/thought for the day.

You provide a link-back to the Notable Quotable journal/diary burb on the index.htm (aka: home page) or, at the very minimum, on your webrings/suburbs page so that everyone here has the opportunity for finding new readers (which is the goal of this burb).
