I was just playing around with this one and decided it was a keeper.
I have the usual three buttons plus
my "Designer Logo". If you decide to use this set link back to

The buttons and title image are transparent gifs. so keep that in mind.
You may want to use the source
code to put this together or just play around and see what you come
up with! Oh yeah, the font used
