What I call "Table Decorations" is what you are
looking at right now.  They are alternatives to the
other background sets we are so  used to seeing.  The
"Decorations" are simply two or more tables stacked
on top (or inside) of one another using different images for their backgrounds topped off with assorted
    embellishments!

Let me say here that I use Netscape Composer for all
of my web pages and edit with Notepad.  I suppose
Frontpage and other editors work about the same,
but you may have to play around with them.  Having
said that, here are the steps.

From Netscape Composer, go up to "format" and click
on "page colors and properties".  Go down to "use
image" and check it and then go to "chose image" and
find the tile you want for your background and click
"open" and then "apply".  On this page, the sand is
    my background image.

Next drop down a couple of rows, center your cursor,
and click on the table icon and use the following
    information:

Of course you will use your own image location : * ).

The final step is to repeat the previous one, using a
different image.  You then place your embellishments
and text wherever you choose and like magic, you
have created your own "Table Decorations"!  One
last thing.  You might notice that you will probably
need to click on enter or backspace within each table
    to get it centered right.
